What Slice is
Slice provides software that platforms use to price and evidence protected cryptocurrency transactions. We operate as a Calculation Agent. We do not hold customer funds, route payments, or sit inside a partner's regulatory perimeter.
Information we collect
On the public website, we collect only what is needed to run a business conversation:
- Contact details you enter into the pilot intake form (name, work email, company, role, estimated volume).
- Basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational logging and abuse prevention.
- Partner integration traffic, which is covered by the separate commercial agreement between Slice and the partner.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to pilot enquiries and schedule partner conversations.
- To maintain and secure the public website and documentation.
- To meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations that apply to us as a UK company.
Where data lives
Pilot intake records are stored on infrastructure provided by our cloud vendors and are accessible only to Slice staff with a need to read them. We retain pilot records for as long as the relationship is active, plus the period required for business and legal record-keeping.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability over personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of them, email privacy@get-slice.com and we will respond within 30 days.
