The public website does not hold customer funds, execute trades, or route payments. Integrations that do any of those things run under a separate signed agreement and are not available through this page.

Content and intellectual property

Copy, artwork, and source code shown on this website are owned by Slice or licensed to us. Public documentation may be quoted and linked with attribution. The option-payoff mark and the Slice wordmark are trade marks of Slice.

No warranty

The public website and documentation are provided "as is." We do not warrant that they are error-free, always available, or fit for a specific commercial purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Slice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public website. This does not exclude liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the public site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
